Liberatory Consultation & Facilitation: I am skilled in and passionate about facilitating transformative processes and projects. As a restorative justice practitioner, anti-oppressive facilitator, somatic practitioner, sociocracy trainer and former non-profit leader, I can support you with developing clear goals, strengthening collaboration, navigating challenges, imagining possibilities, and collective decisions. All while navigating power dynamics and using a generative conflict approach.
Content-specific Projects include:
Transformative Justice / Racial Justice: guidance for community or organization-based projects on theme (such as: alternatives to police (example here); transformative prosecutor elections (example here)).
White Anti-Racism: designing and facilitation of white affinity spaces and related projects. Locally and nationally, I have presented and facilitated such spaces at conferences, I have co-authored articles, and have facilitated multiple white affinity spaces for over 10 years.
Sociocracy Peer-Governance Model: supporting design and implementation in your group/organization whether you’re a new group, an organization, a collective or wanting to adopt some of the tools and practices.
Processes include: coalition building, team decision-making, learning communities, strategy & visioning work
